Richard J. Joseph, M.D.

Richard J. Joseph, M.D.

Dr. Joseph grew up in Mississippi and went to Ole Miss (University of Mississippi) undergraduate and Medical School. After internship he served in the US Navy as a Flight Surgeon aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk. He was a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center. "I finished residency, married my sweetheart, started private practice, and bought my dream car all in the same year."

He is Board Certified and has spent his career at BUMC attending patients and teaching residents. He has been involved in many professional organizations, serving as president of the Medical Staff at Baylor Dallas, Dallas-Fort Worth OB GYN Society, Southwestern Gynecologic Assembly, and Dallas County Medical Society. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Southwest Physician Associates and a delegate from Dallas County to the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Joseph is one of the founding members of Women’s Health Alliance and states his philosophy: "I like to do ordinary things extraordinarily well, and I like the simplest thing that works. Women are my life."

 


Robert J. Mathews, M.D.

 Dr. Mathews earned his medical degree at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas and completed his residency in Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Baylor University Medical Center OB/GYN Advisory Committee and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Mathews has served at Baylor for over 20 years and is committed to Women’s Health. He is also a member of the Baylor Hospitalist Group for emergency ob-gyn care and resident education. Dr. Mathews also serves as a member of the Baylor Resident Teaching Team.

Dr. Mathews is married with one beautiful daughter and enjoys spending time on his sailboat, both cruising and racing. He’s also a huge Maverick's Fan-GO DIRK!!

 


Robert W. Inzer, M.D.

Robert W. Inzer, M.D.

Dr. Inzer earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed his residency in Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Texas Medical Society, Southern Medical Society, ASLS, and the AMA.

Dr. Inzer is currently the program Director for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident training program at Baylor University Medical Center.  He serves on the Labor and Delivery Council and the Women’s Health Council for Baylor University Medical Center.

Dr. Inzer grew up in Northern Nevada, and went to undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Nevada, Reno. He has a number of teaching rewards for his work with the resident training program.

Dr. Inzer is proficient in the full range of Obstetrics and Gynecology, infertility, including high risk obstetrics and takes a special interest in non-surgical treatment of fibroids and minimal invasive surgery with training in laparoscopy and robotic surgery.  Dr Inzer is also trained in the full range of hormone therapy, including bio-identical hormones.  

Dr. Inzer and his wife, of 37 years, are active in their church and serve on several nonprofit ministry boards.  They have 5 grandchildren and enjoy spending time with the family.
